• Payment due at or before start of services

​

•  Returned checks  will incur a $35 fee in addition to any bank fees

​

• Past due balances subject to $25 every 15 days overdue. Clients with repeated late payments or returned payments will be required to keep card on file & provide payment in advance

• Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit, Debit, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Facebook Payments.

• Boarding fees are based on a DAILY rate. Full daily rate is charged the day services start regardless of check-in time. Full day will not be charged on last day of boarding if pickup time is during morning pickup
   

• For services rendered on holidays an additional $30 fee applies. Recognized holidays are: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

• Cancellation Policy requires that 48 hours notice is given. Cancellations made late will be subject to payment in full for reserved dates.
   

• Late arrivals will be charged a fee of $35 - please be on time & text/call if running late
